DEX Circle does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that may use cookies to collect usage data. We have implemented measures to ensure compliance with the CPRA’s definition of "sharing," including limiting data retention, providing clear notices, and honoring opt-out signals like Global Privacy Control (GPC).

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. We may extend the response period by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary.
No Discrimination Policy
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. You will not be denied services, charged different rates, or receive a lower quality of service because you made a request or opted out of data sharing.
